Congratulations Tyler! Really proud of you and excited to watch you tear it up for the Knights!! Success is never owned, it is only rented, and the rent is due every day. Keep working!!

Ready to rock!! #committed @WartburgFB

[Jerod Gayer @JerodGayer]

Congrats my friend! Very well deserved, an awesome coach and even better person. My boys have been extremely blessed to have been coached by one of the best!

[Jerod Gayer @JerodGayer]

@coachmmmcc Fun family tradition! Our kids are still doing it, even if it might be partly to appease their momma😊. Congrats on the national title! Hope you have a Merry Christmas!

[Jerod Gayer @JerodGayer]

Congratulations Tyler! Proud of what you’ve accomplished, but even more proud of how you’ve done it. Stay humble, stay hungry, stay confident. Love you!

Can not wait to represent @WSRFootball in the 2023 Shrine Bowl. Even more excited to have the opportunity to spread awareness about Shriners Children’s and the real reason behind this football game!

[Jerod Gayer @JerodGayer]

Congrats Tyler! Well deserved, you earned it through hard work and trusting the process. Kudos for joining your brother as an all state Go Hawk football player!

Thank you Coach Ruebel! Our kids have been blessed to be surrounded by teachers, coaches, and faith leaders who pour into them! It takes a village to raise kids, and the one we live in is SPECIAL!!

[Rick Ruebel @RickRuebel]

TYLER IS A GREAT YOUNG MAN WITH A GREAT WORK ETHIC AND CHARACTER. ITS A GREAT DAY TO BE A GO HAWK 👍💯IT RUNS IN THE GAYER FAMILY!💯.

[Jerod Gayer @JerodGayer]

What a roller coaster week it’s been for Tyler. First his senior season ended in the quarterfinals , then a tenotomy procedure to address his chronic knee pain, and finally being presented the 4A Student Athlete Achievement Award! Couldn’t be more proud of that young man!!

Well said!!

[Jason Romano @JasonRomano]

This is awesome. Oklahoma softball pitcher @jordybahl postgame after winning the title, talks about what it means to “get out of the boat.” Beautiful words.

[Jerod Gayer @JerodGayer]

Really proud of this young man! Outwork the competition, he lives this motto every day!

[WSR SportPerformance @WSR_SPORTPERF]

Commit to the process. Start with being technically sound, then progressively overload. Tyler Gayer shows us here where he started, and where he is now as a Junior....and this kid isn’t even close to his ceiling...brick by brick. Rome wasn’t built in a day. #thegohawkway 🦅

Sometimes we wish we had a different team. But we have the team we have for a reason. We are meant to learn lessons that will make us a better leader, coach, or team member in the future.

[Jon Gordon @JonGordon11]

Great leaders see feedback as fuel for growth. They don’t see feedback as a threat to their ego. They see it as an essential part of becoming a better leader.
