Read banned books that are some of the most well known pieces of literature in America and are widely available for sale as physical copies or e-books.
Proudly wearing my @PalantirTech swag that @eliano was kind enough to send me! I love the company, the mission, and the philosophy of defending THE GOOD GUYS.
This reads like satire of folks on the left freaking out because a straight person played a gay person. Travis Scott is in the movie for approximately 5 minutes. Also, he was born in Houston.
The Odyssey begins by showing an African rapper with rasta in the role of a Greek poet. We Greeks are forced to watch our Greek history and culture being disgraced and mocked across the entire world. What is Nolan's real role in doing something like this instead of casting a Greek person speaking Greek? What's the purpose of casting someone with rasta in the Greek world?
I'll tell you. Nolan and Hollywood are the real racists and enemies of the West. They hate us Greeks. The simplest confirmation comes from the fact that when a film is about African history, they don't cast white people, only Africans. When it's about Chinese or Japanese history, they cast only Asians, and they even speak only in their own language. But now that the time has come for a film based on Greek history with Greeks, not a single Greek is cast, they don't speak even a bit of Greek, and they don't even respect Homer. So, for films about European cultures, Africans, Asians, and anything else must be cast, but when it comes to African culture, whites are not allowed to play those roles.
This is the real racism of Hollywood.
Hollywood is a cancer that rots your souls and enslaves your minds and spirits. They hate you and they want to destroy you. Never forget the real enemies of the West and of your race. Those who are in universities, the academics, teaching your children how to hate their ancestors instead of honoring them. Don't do them the favor. Love the Greco-Roman world and fight those who hate you.
Never forget the traitors who took everything as a joke and contributed to the plan to destroy Western civilization.
Flannery O'Connor on the teaching of literature in school:
"And if the student finds that this is not to his taste? Well, that is regrettable. Most regrettable. His taste should not be consulted; it is being formed."
The grifters are out to make a situation that traumatized kids, destroyed families, and ended in the loss of life about themselves and their cause. This isn’t about you or your cause.
The Karmelo Anthony verdict shows that the justice system has reverted back to the Jim Crow South era.
It is no longer about evidence.
It is no longer about right or wrong.
It is about keeping racial score through the prosecution and imprisonment of Black people.
It was no surprise that an all white jury would find a 19 year old kid, who was bullied and harassed by two 6’1” bullies, guilty of murder while he was minding his business.
We have seen this story before.
A young Black man is put on trial, and somehow the burden shifts from what happened to him, to why he should not have defended himself.
The facts become secondary.
The optics become everything.
The outcome feels predetermined long before the verdict is read.
People will tell you not to make it about race.
But race has always been part of the story in America.
The hard truth is that many Black people no longer believe they will receive the benefit of the doubt when their freedom is on the line.
And verdicts like this are exactly why.
At some point, we have to stop pretending that everyone is playing by the same set of rules.
Because the people watching this case saw something very different than what that jury claimed to see.
There’s really no reason to be outraged at a guy like this, but there is reason to laugh at the idea that all these problems are new and unique to any one administration. Hilariously narrow focus.
Come on now, B. Call her an insider trader who looks like a vampire. Say you’re surprised she can come out during the day. Say you haven’t seen her blink in all the time you’ve known her. We would all be amused and respect you more.
For almost four decades, Nancy Pelosi has served the American people and worked to make our country better. No one was more skilled at bringing people together and getting legislation passed – and I will always be grateful for her support of the Affordable Care Act. She made us proud to be Democrats, and will go down in history as one of the best speakers the House of Representatives has ever had. Nancy, thank you for your leadership and your friendship. Michelle and I wish you and Paul the best in this next chapter.
Explored Dallas today for potential move. What that city did to their downtown should be outlawed nation wide.
I have never seen a more desolate, boring, and pathetic downtown of a major US city in my life.
Now uptown on the other hand, that’s a good start.
