@metraUPNW Will train #636 arrive earlier? What about trains #626 and #630? How come 636 is the next train when there are two trains scheduled before it?
@ShawnCyr@Venmo@VenmoSupport Not enough to get Venmo to stand and protect its users from scammers, evidently. The last Venmo rep I spoke with just provided victim blaming. Refused to address the fact this happened because ppl are out there using their platform to steal other users’ money. Do better @Venmo.
Not @Venmo enabling scammers on their platform and not protecting their legitimate users against these scammers. Shouldn’t protection be a priority to your users? The lack of empathy and support from your customer service is astounding @VenmoSupport
@FetchRewards Why do you require your app to track users in order to earn reward points? And I don’t have time to waste to play games. Bring the Daily Reward back. You collect enough data as is. Garbage update.
@Metra Has review of the bike policy completed? Specifically for commuter bikes. My bike meets the requirements above but I’m still being questioned. Can you provide the website link to the commuter bike section?
@Metra I’ve been searching the bike section on Metra’s site but have been unable to find policy specifically on folding commuting bikes. Could you point me in the direction of where I might be able to read up on that policy?
@metraUPNW Crew shortage? @Metra doesn’t have a contingency plan for this other than completely cancelling the train all together? Are other lines just as bad? Every week it’s something with this line.
@JulieDiCaro Also. My cousin and I can recite a completely irrelevant scene, from the same movie, that could have been removed entirely cuz it honestly doesn’t do anything for the plot. 🤗
