In my area EN35EF attached is what I'm getting download speed.
I can't browse. I have reported this several times. Upload speeds are fine. But download speeds suck in this area. This also is the same on my O2 work phone.

The IG3 area is suffering from unusable mobile data speeds.
Outside of Seven Kings railway station I get 470kbps on 5g with a mast 100metres away. Please can you take a closer look

We're sorry about the network issue you've been having. It's taking longer than we expected to fix the issue but we are making progress and will have it sorted as soon as we can. We’ll update you by Friday 9th February 2024..
