You forgot the most important bit.

The USA that issued the loan did not actually give your country anything. It merely printed some USD out of thin air (created a new credit entry on a computer) and allocated it to the "Nigeria" account at the New York Federal Reserve bank.

To repay that fake computer money and its interest, your country will then exchange actual resources with genuine value like oil, cobalt, gold, cocoa etc for the fake computer money, and then pay interest for the privilege. So the USA buys your real resources with fake numbers it created on a computer in New York, and then your government (which doesn't print USD) has to hope it can sell enough of your real ancestral resources to be able to earn the fake American computer credit that it needs to make its double digit interest payments.

And when your country obviously can't keep up with the payments, no worries - the helpful US government subdivisions called IMF and World Bank "advise" you to devalue your currency in exchange for "emergency financing," so that they can get even more of your real resources for even fewer of their fake computer numbers, which are now worth 1,500x your own currency. And since unlike them you don't have 800 foreign military bases that enable you just print more of your currency and offload the inflation burden to everyone else, you end up with a lot less money to spend on running your fucking country.

But that's not a problem, because the IMF helpfully creates a comprehensive Structural Adjustment Program for you to defund your education, healthcare, public infrastructure, and everything that might ever give your people hope of a better life. Those things are for el gringos in the Global North. Your country is in the Global South and is full of el negritos, so nothing for you senor. Oh and by the way, the "emergency financing" also carries its own separate double digit interest, so now you have even more debt than before and less money than ever to pay it off with.

So you have to damn near convert your entire country into an open pit mine just to be able to extract enough valuable raw materials to hopefully sell for fake American computer credits at a price they set for you, and you will use the pitiful income from this to make your interest payments while trying to run a semblance of a country, until you can't keep up with the payments again. Then the IMF sends you another PDF headlined "Structural Adjustment Program". Maybe this time you will need to give up the firstborn of every household in exchange for "emergency financing"...

They are not "uncreating" anything. This is simply the logical next step of their time-tested Create Problem--> Spark Reaction --> Offer Solution strategy.

Objective: Seize resources from a nominally sovereign country which you cannot accuse of being a threat to you, unlike Iraq or Afghanistan.

Create Problem: Execute regime change to remove a progressive government growing the resource-rich African economy at 7% annually - the 3rd fastest on earth - and replace it with a coalition of semi literate ethno-feudalists and greedy morons.

Create Problem: Enable the growth of "Islamic terrorism" in that country by refusing to sell arms to it because of "human rights" and impose an arms embargo on it, to the point where a whole national government is forced to buy its anti-terrorism weapons and ammunition from international black market dealers and smuggle it using Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor's jet (who do you think leaked the intelligence to the South African government and the media?) Also refuse to designate Boko Haram as a foreign terrorist organisation for 3 years after it has started mass killings in the country, so that it can continue raising and moving funds for destabilising the country through the US-controlled SWIFT global financial system.

Reaction: Hundreds of thousands of Nigerians die violently over the next 10 years, targeted for their ethnicity, faith, economic class, and everything in between. Hundreds of thousands of the country's best and brightest flee to become bum-washers in Southampton and IKEA till attendants in Brampton, leaving behind a dying, acutely unsafe country which haemorrhages 70% of its pre-regime-change GDP in just 10 years. The increasingly desperate left-behind population looks for help from any source at all with the characteristic unreason and mortal foolishness of a drowning man. Ponzi schemes, religious escapism, drugs, overentertainment, trekking across the Sahara, foreign military intervention - everything becomes an option for these desperate people.

Offer Solution: Fly a kite about military intervention in the country to "stabilise" and "secure" it. If the people are foolish and desperate enough, they will not realise that you are the one who destroyed their lives in the first place, and they will joyfully bite off your hand to take your poisoned "help." And then you march in directly, remove the useless puppet government headed by an incontinent drug pusher that you installed, and replace it with something even worse.

That's how the real world works, my fellow Nigerians.

Nobody likes you. Nobody respects you. Nobody thinks your life has any value. Nobody cares about you. Everybody cares about the value of the land under your feet, but nobody is interested in the value of the lives above it. If the steam engine were not invented which led to the industrial revolution, the people whom you imagine are trying to "help" you would still be trading you and your children as a commodity. The only person in the world whom your life matters to is in the mirror. You are your only hope and your only saviour. If you do not save yourself, YOU ARE GOING TO DIE.

Learn to live with that reality.

In a country that has ambition, people should grow up aspiring to benefit from and contribute to the country's productive economy.

Nobody should grow up seeing NGO work as their visual reference for prosperity, as is the case in many parts of Nigeria and Africa.

The NGO-isation of African economies is a form of hybrid warfare. In tech, for example, there exists a whole subgenre of "tech bros" who do not actually build anything that solves any problems or creates any value, but rather apply for grants and receive what amounts to "free" dollars from foreign governments in exchange for not very much work at all.

The same thing is happening is happening in journalism, where almost no Nigerian journalist is working to figure out a new business model to replace the clearly broken current one that makes journalists poor, and nobody is interested in reporting stories that actually matter to Nigeria's national interests. Everybody is instead busy chasing $2,000 grants from Pullitzer Centre, CDD, CJID, and the rest of the Abuja NGO journalism rabble.

In agriculture, nobody is trying to fix the REAL problems with Nigerian agriculture - security, mechanisation, and storage & transport infrastructure. Instead, everybody is chasing Gates Foundation money and parroting Microsoft Man's narrative about how GMOs will fix everything. Half of Nigeria's harvests spoil ON THE FARM every year due to lack of storage and evacuation infrastructure, but one white man's NGO is busy telling us that what we need to increase our food supply is Monsanto-patented corn, and EVERYBODY is following him because of NGO money!

In education, nobody is interested in the foundational problems - an outdated Victorian curriculum and a widespread lack of basic infrastructure like classrooms and computers. Everybody is instead busy following oyibo NGOs to be talking about AI and IoT-enabled learning for all the 12 students that will ever have access to those things, so that they will use AI to teach them that Mungo Park discovered River Niger, and they can use their IoT-enabled tablet computer to label parts of praying mantis.

In real estate, nobody is building to solve the uniform problem across sub-Saharan Africa - access to relatively cheap, high-quality housing, which immediately elevates low-income earners into middle-class status. Everybody is busy chasing one tiny market of money launderers and NGO people who earn in dollars and pricing condos in Guzape at $400,000. So now you have poorly-built, low-quality, cement-and-glass nonsense multiplying all over Africa and sitting empty for decades while the population of urban slums continues to balloon every year!

NGOs and the influx of foreign government money need to be treated as a critical national security threat across Africa. At least 90% of existing NGOs absolutely do not need to exist and should be shut down. Any influx of foreign state funds into an African country must be subject to oversight, and caps need to be placed on how much NGO staff can get paid, so as not to distort national economies dangerously, as they are currently doing.
