@BowTiedHRT Been following your posts on this lately. So just to summarize, protein and carbs to start the day but adding in fats later in the day paired with carbs is ok? My beef and rice bowl for dinner is gonna lead to fat storage? Thank you

Ppl’s idea of what they can and can eat always staggers me. Hearing grown men thinking they can eat peanut butter cuz it has protein in it always staggers me. Eats 3 eggs for breakfast and think they r having a good start to their protein intake for the day when they need 180 blows my mind
@BowTiedYukon Never heard a bigger group of complainers than teachers. If it was an Olympic sport, they’d win gold every 4 years. I’m glad we have them but did you not know what you’re signing up for? Did u think u were gonna be rich?
@schober222 I’ve seen you post you need to eat a lot to maintain. Thought it was gonna be higher with the additional iron man. Best of my luck my guy. I’ll be following. U going to the 500 this weekend?
