@GLA_Airport trying to book parking first via the Glasgow Airport App. Failed. Getting error messages at payment page. Tried to do it on website and getting similar errors. It’s now just spinning after I submitted payment details. Giving up…

@NetworkRailSCOT @ScotRail I see the shelters have now been demolished at Williamwood. Are there plans to build a new one/ or at least create a temporary one for shelter in the winter? @NetworkRailSCOT @Scotrail.

@ScotRail @ScotRail looks like there are multiple issues. So I’ll have to buy a regular return on bird? Cost me more as unable to buy a season ticket. Is anyone actually testing the app before updates are released? What a shambles.

@ScotRail since the app update yesterday I am unable to purchase season ticket. Takes ages to load then when I select weekly i immediately get an error about payment method. Is this a known issue?

Now the ticket that did appear is no longer accessible. I get a ‘Ticket Missing’ error 🙄. What a shambles of an app. @ScotRail

@ScotRail Still problems with the new mobile app. This morning I was charged twice for my ticket. The first attempt to purchase failed. Charged my card but no ticket in app and no email. Worked on second attempt. How do I raise this for a refund?

@wizzair Helping my daughter book flights last night.. we’re showing £60 .. went to book they jumped to £115 saying previous fare ‘sold out’. Had to book them. Then 30 mins later searched and back to showing £60! Scam price gouging! @MartinSLewis @SimonCalder

@GLA_Airport it’s 01:55 and our flight from Malaga landed an hour ago. Still no sign of bags and no staff at the baggage services desk to speak to. Total shambles at arrivals.
