I’ve had an absolutely terrible experience with your company recently. I was offered two separate services over the phone, accepted them, and then denied them. I have spent hours on the phone and received no help. I’m a lifelong customer. Make this right.

Been about 10 months or more since my oven stopped working.
Call you guys monthly for a solution. Always told I will be called back within 24-48 business hours. Has never happened once.
