This dog was removed from Skid Row by rescuers. They saw a suffering animal. They removed the dog. They didn't ask the police. They didn't ask the abuser. They didn't ask for permission. They removed the dog because the abuser was breaking the law. And now the dog will live happily ever after away from criminals.

I ended the day knowing I will no longer being following laws that prevent me from taking dogs that are abused.

I ended the day knowing LAPD Central and Animal Services have failed Skid Row.

I ended the day knowing @nithyavraman and @MayorOfLA don’t care about these animals.

I ended the day knowing I will never encourage anybody to play by the rules anymore.

I ended the day knowing that the only way to get something done is not leaning on a broken system.

I ended the day knowing the only way to beat criminals is to play their own game.

These are two dogs "living" on Skid Row. They are always chained up and one is in a suitcase. At this point, every conservative outlet has covered Skid Row. Why is the @WhiteHouse being so quiet about this? Why is not any of the hundreds of millions of dollars going to help the homelessness on Skid Row going to the dogs? These dogs are twelve feet from a $50M campus that was funded by LA to help (?) homelessness. There is ZERO excuse for this.
