@inthestyleUK terrible customer service! Finally got through to live chat. Advised my parcel was damaged got sent back and then resent to me! Now want to return and it’s outside the 14 days! I had covid was unable to leave my house for 7 days! Ridic!! Will never order again

@TUIUK complained a month ago finally got a response to say I can get £50 tui voucher!! As if I am ever flying with tui again, no mention of even getting my money back for extra legroom seats!!! Can someone contact me ASAP! Done with your terrible CS

That’s not really good enough, called @TUIUK they are trying to say my emails are scams, definitely not as I have recieved emails from this address for various other holidays. CS is a joke! Just would like to know the correct info

@TUIUK changing our flight 2 days before!! Now flying with wamos to Mexico which doesn’t even have inflight entertainment. Taking away our extra let room seats. Absolutely fuming! Terrible service for a flight that’s been booked for 8 months and is over 8 hours long!!! 😤😤😤
