رژیمی که مستقیما چشمان معترضان را هدف قرار می‌دهد و از تجاوز جنسی به‌عنوان ابزار سرکوب استفاده می‌کند. رژیمی که به گروه‌های تروریستی مسئول قتل صدها آمریکایی کمک مالی می‌کند، اتباع خارجی را گروگان می‌گیرد و منطقه را به میدان جنایت و ویرانی تبدیل کرده است. با این حال، آمریکا همچنان گمان می‌کند که با محدود کردن غنی‌سازی اورانیوم به ۳.۶۷٪، می‌تواند بحران را حل کند.
