@qatarairways I sent a DM regarding a refund and still haven’t heard back. Several people here are asking you to extend the refund window, so why are we not being heard?

@MariosSouris@yaelle57@Eurostar Defo within 48hrs. They recommended that I get it between 48-60 hrs before you travel in case of any travel delays you might face (eg don’t get it on hr 72 itself)
