@BestBuyCanada your company might have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have spent over 10 hours trying to get a warranty repair done and your service agents continuously transfer me to the wrong department, different countries, or drop the call entirely. 0/10

@BestBuyCanHelp @BestBuyCanada No it is covered by the 12 month manufacturers warranty (insignia) but they say they dont do warranties in Canada and that it has to go through best buy directly

@shersonal @Acer_India Having the same issue myself with a 4 month old product and exams coming up for school. Never buying Acer again as service and product are horrible quality
