That NetJets has taken a head-in-the-sand stance amid an escalating pilot labor crisis is almost unfathomable, NJASAP President Pedro Leroux commented in a news release issued earlier this morning. | Read the release here ... https://t.co/fvhD0TzOx1
When talented pilot professionals have their choice of carriers – both mainline and regional – who will choose #NetJets when superior wages, benefits and working conditions are readily available elsewhere? // https://t.co/7INCopiAwO // #unionstrong
Berkshire Hathaway executives recognize the importance of retaining qualified and competent managers & personnel. The same, however, cannot be said of NetJets executives, who continue to ignore the reality of the pilot labor crisis. // https://t.co/7INCopiAwO.
A 200 dollar travel voucher is your offer @Delta ? For leaving a 12-year-old stranded at JFK for six hours due to policy errors and ruining two complete days for our family dealing with your mistake? Does not sound like fair compensation to me.
@Delta you guys really dropped the ball today!! My unaccompanied 12 year old daughter has been in JFK airort for 6 hours now while you figure out what to with her after a policy change that your own emplyees were not aware of.
@jessesalk@Delta Sounds like Delta needs to retrain their employees how to handle unaccompanied minors on their international flights. Instead of saying we don’t know what happened, how about saying we’re sorry, it will never happen again! Do something to make it right for this family!!!
Now @Delta is saying it was their mistake due to an “unclear company policy” and she should have been allowed to continue on and see her Dad yesterday.
They are offering her a free ticket today in coach and no compensation at all for our hotel, food, gas, parking, etc expenses.
On a positive note i collected Zara from the airport!
Another 2 hours with the supervisor and still nobody at Delta knows for sure if she should have been turned back from JFK or allowed to continue on to see her Dad.
