@brolonda@ABC12WJRT My SIL was a teacher and avid runner - she had to be in her classroom latest 7:30am sharp, she had 3 kids too, to get ready in AM, Eliza, mom of 2 - probably that was her morning time to get her body/mind ready for the day. My question, fear: hope she’s ok 🥺
@ShopifySupport I have - they said to try to reach out to FB to see since on their end it was processed as an exchange credit - but FB just finally got back to me and said it was shown as a refund so to take it up with the client :( - I can try again
@ticketoffices No matter what I do - can’t get a refund for a show that was “postponed” back in May of 2020 for @JerrySeinfeld … @DowEventCenter I just don’t think it’s fair - the show isn’t canceled but remains postponed and for that reason being told can’t get a refund!

The @DowEventCenter won’t change Seinfeld to cancelled - it keeps showing as postponed - attempts to contact a human at both places are a fail. I am just trying to receive my refund of tickets purchased.
@ticketoffices I’m super annoyed with Ticket Offices ... I bought tickets to Seinfeld back in May 2020 and it’s not happening obviously ... paid $175 for 6 tickets and so far, no response to any of my calls : emails on refunds... escalating to the next level for mere principle

@ShowingTime Thank you so much! I received an email confirmation of the cancelling of the upgrade charge! I didn’t want to cancel ShowingTime altogether - it’s a great app! I just didn’t need the beefy - $45/month upgrade since I’m a new realtor and don’t do that huge of volume yet! 🙏!
@ShowingTime - I’ve tried calling the billing department a few times, always caller 10+ and waiting on hold 30+ minutes... left messages and emailed to cancel my upgrade but no response and charged me again ... it almost seems like I’m being avoided to continue to charge me?
