Also @UberEats @Uber_Support when you have delivery drivers with a 67% rating you should maybe consider that maybe your drivers were deliverying incorrectly… rather than blaming customer and not giving proper refunds.

The fact that I never received my food delivery bc the driver delivered to the wrong house AND I had to repurchase it for pick up because we had guests. I’m out double the money for you to tell me, that you can CONFIRM its not eligible… 🤦🏻‍♀️

It is crazy to me that I ordered @UberEats not only is it late… but it is delivered to the WRONG house (pic is not mine)… and they won’t refund me because of the delivery photo…? of the wrong house??? i literally didn’t receive my food bc its at some other person’s home.
