c) the disappointment+ helplessness when confronted w. business needs that don’t match with what was taught in a)
—> a good case study goes s long way
@trevorgrogers Process is also used to avoid accountability. If someone thinks the work sucks, it’s easy to claim to have followed the process and use that as an excuse.
