@disabilityharpy @fesshole Absolutely and there are probably other things, like learning difficulties/disabilities. However, on the scale of the general public... I doubt that this is the majority of people with bad oral health.

@vincent_paver @fesshole Absolutely but I don't think that's what OP means. I would bet the vast majority just don't know how to sign up, don't have time or are just lazy. Learning difficulties/disabilities should also be considered. However, these are minority cases, I'm willing to bet

It would cost £10bn to give NHS Staff the payrise they deserve.

The government would receive £8.1bn of that back in staff spending in their communities & their increased payments in tax back to the treasury.

Withholding that money from staff is a Tory attempt to cripple the NHS
