Y'all. I can't with this X. I can't look at it without being annoyed at the stupidity. I'm @jesskupferman on all the channels. Our business @shepodcasts will be here to serve and promote as always, but I'd love to see you all elsewhere!

@jesskupferman recently sat down with Brenda Zane, host of Hopestream Podcast, talking about her experience of having a child misusing drugs & alcohol...
Together, they discuss the complexities of being a parent while navigating the world of rehab & recovery, including:

Whoever thinks women in their 40s can't make waves & launch a live event for 500 other female podcasters... has clearly never met @JessKupferman. 🤩
@keepupwmrsjones @thethoughtcard@SkyePillsbury @AnnaDeShawn @shepodcasts@ContentisQn@Podnews@WOCPodcasters@twiladang Smaller companies can't afford to invest in all of it so they put their $ where there's the most people. That's never gonna be a "minority" event. BUT! Maybe they will put $$ into a fund for a charity that supports those events. That's what I'm hoping.
There are some women at C-Level. There are powerful women at the top, not everywhere, but that's not it. It's more a lack of interest in the need for these events as a whole. When marketing budgets are made, they are made with PM in mind bc that's a hub of business relationships they NEED. Indie creators and their needs aren't on the radar, even though those companies have $$ for cohorts, etc.
