We like to think part of what makes us uniquely "humane" is our special capacity for #empathy.
But, 100+ yrs ago, C. Darwin argued the empathy-like trait is shared in animals. In support, we found evidence for the most basic form of empathy, #emotionalcontagion, in frogs. 👇
