@h3l3na97 Hi Helena. I feel your pain and have felt it all the way through doing my degree, especially doing a lit review. All I can advise is little steps, do not put pressure upon yourself and every sentence is one closer. Remember it’s a Lit Review not Diss as the research is complete.

@Kirsty_Hulse @brightonsnapper I had the same problem when I left my previous, they withheld mail that had not been forwarded due to a delay with post redirection.The withheld mail was from TDS and not passed to a neighbour as I had requested,the TDS took money as I made no contact and they kept deposit.

@absoluteradio I didn’t pull off a weekend away on 21/8 for my partners birthday as I tested covid positive on the day we were going. Everything got cancelled 😢 Being emergency Ambulance crew we were looking forward to the break 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Stroppyambo It wasn’t a easy decision to want a hysterectomy, however my health needed to come first. A BPof 80 systolic, sitting on a inco pad at work or crippled with pain while treating my patients was not professional.
I wish GPs would listen to their needs not base medicine on age.
