@AlexanderLoftu9 They have all our pages go to our cellphones here and I hate it. Can’t turn it off or leave it anywhere. It interferes with a work life balance.
Justifying your choices (over-explaining) before you’re even questioned about them shows your nervous system is in a stress state. Be aware of this pattern. When you feel that impulse to explain, don’t. Notice how differently people respond to you when you practice being assertive. You’re no longer that child who will be punished— you’re an adult capable of making decisions in your own best interest. Own that.
@BrooketheOstomy In residency we were not covered for conferences. We could use our education money to help cover the cost but it wouldn’t come close to covering it. Luckily in fellowship they send us to one a year and to conferences we get our research accepted
Our #FatDogInTheDesert was diagnosed with osteosarcoma the end of September. He has a palliative amputation to help with pain control. He’s happy and feeling much better. We are spending his time spoiling him with attention, food, and trips to the mountains #DogsofTwittter
