@RoyalMailHelp The postman eventually turned up with it and when I said to him I thought it was lost, he said he scanned it in the van along with other parcels for other houses before delivering...not sure that’s the correct procedure as he didn’t know if I was in to be able to deliver it!

@walkers_crisps why is it I have to pay postage to send you your faulty packet of squares? You sell a multipack where half the packets haven’t been sealed properly but in order to show you, I have to post them and pay postage? So out of pocket money wise twice over?! #ripoff
