@GivEnergy Why is your customer service so poor? Shocking. You call and get cut off. The new whatsapp service does not work. A service advisor arranges to call - then fails to do so..... mmmm!¡!
Very disappointed with @vauxhall today. Great service @OctopusEnergy@myenergiuk regarding EV charger - testing the set up. Corsa e software wont wake the car up to charge on the Octopus or Zappi schedule. We have to stay awake force it. Now £156 @vauxhall to diagnose. 😰😰
@vintedUK - please can you tell me why we pay buyer protection on your platform and then when we need to resolve an issue you send the money to the seller and we have to resolve ourselves outside of vinted? Crazy....
