They are consistent. The customer service has been equally bad at all phases of my experience with them. Congrats! You’ve made a former customer out of me.🤦‍♂️

Hey: @SKECHERSUSA your customer service is terrible. Long time customer. Bought sneakers. Wore home. Found out too small & cut my foot. Brought back. Was told “no exchanges” b/c I wore them outside (never told that in store). NOW, can’t get anyone to address the issue. Absurd?
