This is how my 50-year-old daughter and son-in-law do it. Sunday morning, they decide on what they’ll make for supper over the next week, and they make a list of all the ingredients they’ll need. They use an app and tick off the items as they put them into the cart at the grocery store. At 9am, when the grocery store opens, they are amongst the first through the doors. Working together, it takes 15 minutes in the store. They are home by 9:30. Everything is put in fridge or cupboards. During the coming week, they make the meals. They have favourites that don’t take a lot of time but are tasty and nutritious. I have to say that joining them on the Sunday morning grocery shopping trek has really opened my eyes to meal planning for the better.

That is NOT what I said. This woman suffered a viscous assault and I believe her attacker should be put to death. I also never said she should be grateful her attacker gave her a child. I also did NOT say or imply rape is a victim mentality.

This woman can adopt if she wants. If she doesn’t want to she doesn’t have to in this country. I am concerned about how she will feel years later if she aborts her child. I haven’t met a woman it hasn’t impacted. There is another option she can pursue - adoption.

The rest of the vile words coming out of your mouth is some form of filth that has nothing to do with me. Obviously you are deeply disturbed to wish that on anyone.
