At the age of 24, @StancikKaroline’s heart injuries were so severe she needed a pacemaker.

During the Biden Administration, Stancik was wrongly throw off orders and lost her military medical insurance.

This week, former FBI Director @Comey's legal team took their best shot at getting his criminal indictment dismissed.

The evidence released @FBIDirectorKash includes FBI 'burn bags' containing sensitive records about the Trump probes. The evidence is credible and could prove hard to overcome if Comey's case goes to trial.

I spoke with six former FBI special agents. Between them, they have more than 9 decades of law enforcement experience.

They said the FBI Trump probes were not done “By The Book.”

RE: Operation Arctic Frost — it has now been officially referred to @FBIDirectorKash and @AGPamBondi for criminal investigation and prosecution.

According to whistleblower disclosures confirmed by Senator Chuck Grassley and Senator Ron Johnson, there was a criminal conspiracy between the Biden White House, the FBI’s Washington Field Office, prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C., and Special Prosecutor Jack Smith — to plan, approve, and execute Operation Arctic Frost with the intent to frame, arrest, prosecute, and imprison Donald J. Trump, thereby attempting to overthrow the constitutional republic of the United States.

Operation Arctic Frost ultimately formed the basis of Jack Smith’s false elector case, under which President Donald Trump — and electors, no less — were later charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States, the very mechanism by which the 2020 election resulted in the overthrow of the U.S. government.

Senators Grassley and Johnson:

“We have obtained additional Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) communications through legally protected whistleblower disclosures that show a conspiracy among anti-Trump FBI agents and prosecutors in setting up and advancing the Arctic Frost investigation.
As we have explained in our previous correspondence, Arctic Frost was the codename for the investigation that ultimately became Jack Smith’s elector case against President Donald Trump.”

In other words: 18 U.S.C. § 241 — the federal “conspiracy against rights” statute — applies.
