Bush Jr, continuation of Reagans economics but without the good foreign policy.
Trump, seems more interested in furthering his own wealth than the US.

Bush sr, raised the taxes when the deficit was too high, lowering the amount the debt went up
Nixon, China relations and SALT treaty, and not having a terrible economic policy
