@charlottetr I CCT'd about a year ago! Can vouch for the gradient of the learning curve, but also that I've found being a consultant so much better than being a reg! Happy to DM or otherwise discuss tips/challenges/pitfalls etc π
@AndrewL_Simpson I've always slightly regretted never getting a formal qualification in computer science - I feel like my code and projects would benefit from more theory, but at this point in my career I couldn't commit to a full degree course.
@KeepGoinEoin Also, the narrative was "we want the party who have demolished public services and made us all look like muppets to go away now". So it was quite funny when their leader got soaked!

@RainShouting We need to move away from the model of individual healthcare professionals absorbing the risk of systemic failure - funding needed for staff but also equipment, space etc. I suspect many units require rebuild/expansion to accommodate increasing numbers and complexity!
The first ever GRANT symposium was a great success! Big thanks to all our presenters and organisers for their effort and enthusiasm! Special mention to our guest speakers Professor Anjan Dhar @anjan_dhar6 and Dr Alan Bagnall for their fantastic talks.
So anyway Kemi said Suella was, like, losing it, and Suella said Kemi was like, the worst for badmouthing her, right, and Kemi's mates were all nodding, and then EVERYONE was oooh, get her. And yeah, so it was all a bit extra. Cos really NOBODY BLOODY CARES.

Labour announce cabinet: a series of βoh fair play they all seem competent and experts in their fieldsβ replies
We are so back.
@RoshanaMN@Jeremy_Hunt The most statesman-like behaviour that has come from the Tory party has been when they have been leaving! Outgoing ministers wishing new ones well etc.
They almost seem relieved having painted themselves into a corner over the last parliament.
No matter what you think of the result, the fact that we can vote, elect a parliament and have a peaceful and professional transfer of power (including graceful conceding of defeat) says a lot about how well our system can work.
