The average person does not try to solve their problems or struggles. They get stuck in a routine and live the same day over and over. It does not cross their minds to snap out of it, engage in strategic thinking, and change direction so they can eventually reach a more advantageous position in life.
If you want to get ahead of 90% of people, all you have to do is pause, think, and actually attempt to overcome the struggle you're faced with.
It’s a bubble.

Kevin, going to let the markets tell you what’s happening? Good luck with that.
If you don't wake up excited and go to bed tired, drop everything and think of what your future will look like if you keep repeating the same day for the rest of your life. Sit with that discomfort until a new direction appears.
kinda crazy how society holds technology & ppl to very different standards esp for quality & risk.
e.g. self driving cars have to be near perfect with zero risk when an average human driver is pretty horrendous. ai has to never hallucinate, be incredibly precise, write perfect prose without any patterns, & never make mistakes when the average human has off days, gets sick, & isn’t even that good at these tasks in the first place etc.
in order to make progress, we need to forgive technology in the same way we often forgive humans. like we don’t expect every human to be immaculate although i guess we do when we are looking for love.
We live in a P.T. Barnum society.
The smart phone convinced everyone they were living in a movie and the algorithm rewarded those who wore the craziest clothes, said the most outrageous thing, or pulled off the insane stunt.
Humans have long been fascinated by things they have never seen before.
P.T. Barnum understood that attention and capital chased the circus. The more unbelievable something was, the more people wanted to see it.
That is American society today.
Millions of people competing with each other to be the star of the show for a day.
Each photo or video uploaded to social media is an audition to be chosen as the main character for 15 minutes of fame. From children to the elderly, humans have slowly become a slave to the algorithm.
Very few people are immune to the corny dances, dangerous pranks, or hot takes galore. Many pretend they don’t care or they are not a player in the game, but do not be fooled.
P.T. Barnum’s society spares no one.
Many people waste their lives in roles that are entirely unsuited to their true strengths because they need the money
Tragic waste of life and a failure of our system. Not one I have an answer to though
You want a happy life? Stop focusing on it. Focus on mastery. Focus on impact. Focus on dominance.
You want keys to a BETTER life?
Here are the only keys that matter:
1) Find Your "Holy Shit" Mission
Stop chasing some ephemeral "happiness" and find a mission worthy of your capabilities. One that scares you. One that requires you to become more than you are. Find a problem you must solve, a legacy you must create.
2) Prove Your Discipline
The ability to do what needs to be done, even when you don't feel like it. This isn't about brute force; it's about structured habits. It's about systems designed to overcome your inherent laziness.
3) Maintain Resilience
The ability to bounce back. Failure is inevitable. Embrace it. Learn from it. And use it as fuel. Your biggest defeats are your greatest teachers.
4) Give Not Take*
Happiness comes from giving, not taking. Find ways to leverage your skills and resources to help others, to leave the world better than you found it.
*if you are crushing it, but still aren't happy.. this may be your issue - this realization is why I left Wall Street
5) Strategic Ruthlessness
Understand that the world doesn't care about your feelings. Develop an iron will and a strategic mind that allows you to make the hard decisions, to outmaneuver your competition, and to seize every advantage.
You have to show up every day. Take it on the chin. Come back tomorrow. Get bigger. Get faster. Get smarter. Focus. Focus. Focus.
Execute.
the introduction of passively gambling on everything will have deep & profound implications on society. all motives will be questioned, nothing will be trusted.
