Jesus is fully God and fully human and Mary is His mother so she’s the mother of God.

God the Father immaculately conceived Jesus unto Mary so she is his only blood relative. Jesus is God so his familial relations are familial relations to God.

Joseph’s sons from his previous wife are his half siblings through adoption.

This cannot be true of Jesus as he was Begotten of course! Still he as the divine person God was bore and birthed by his mother Mary.
