Hi @AmericanAir my flight got cancelled to Charleston not once but twice today then you claimed it was weather. I know it wasn't because the flight attendant was fatigue. How are you going to handle this?

What an absolutely awful update to the @Sonos app. I've got a very expensive system that doesn't work. I can't event get through an entire song before it quits and won't restart. The app has lag and no continuity. Can you please bring the old one back, I know that one works
