@FibroJedi @lotro You can do the skirmishes at 7-8 levels below your current level. So long as the MOBs are green, the Harbinger appears and you should get credit for defeating it.

If it's possible, I usually just run the skirm up to the point the Harbinger appears, defeat it, and exit.

@HobbitTricks Just a clarification: The Rewards Track will not move to season 4 upon release of BTS on November 8. The current season still has a bit over 25 days remaining, and so season 4 will start about a week later (around November 15).
