A lifetime of memories.

Today with a heavy heart, I bid goodbye to Puthiya Thalaimurai TV

From walking in as a Trainee Reporter with fear, dreams, and uncertainty to walking out as Chief of Bureau. This journey has been nothing short of life-changing.

This newsroom shaped me in every possible way. It taught me how to chase stories in chaos, stay calm during breaking news, survive sleepless election nights, face political storms, and most importantly, respect the responsibility that journalism carries.

Behind every headline were sacrifices nobody saw. Endless deadlines, field pressure, missed festivals, emotional exhaustion, unforgettable friendships, newsroom laughter, heated debates, and moments that defined my life forever.

For 14 years, this wasn’t just my workplace. This was my identity. My second home.

Leaving today feels deeply emotional because I’m not just leaving a channel I’m leaving behind a huge chapter of my life.

To every colleague, editor, cameraperson, producer, technician, management member, and friend who stood beside me through this journey thank you for being part of my story.

Some journeys never really end. And a part of me will always remain in this newsroom. ❤️
