@TUIUK be warned! Record lines when calling and say at start. called about price. told I should pay less, all recorded but next day told was computer error and I’d pay original price. They didnt record line and ignored my recording as I didn’t inform at the beginning of call!

@JoeShaw254 We had same issue. In the end we were told to use a register code for the overall covid purchases. Took days mind you for response and I pretended to be an urgent flyer. I’m still waiting for an email response from 4 weeks plus ago
