@tony24764@merseyrail@MetroMayorSteve@Mark_J_Harper It’s terrible Tony. A morning commute to work, like any other day. A regular commuter who always pays. However, a 3rd party company will now be lining their pockets I’m sure, and paying merseyrail a cut
@merseyrail hi, I have been issued with a fine at James Street station when attempting to purchase a ticket because your ticket machine was not working at Birkenhead North. The 3rd party company you use for fines have been no help at all, demanding I pay the fine before it rises
@merseyrail I have appealed and disputed this with penalty services, the 3rd party company you use. Do you want me to now appeal this via that email and yourselves? I have done. It is causing me much stress over an issue where I have adhered to your terms and conditions (6.1)
@JerryHealy1 @merseyrail I have done Jerry. I have appealed this twice and now a 3rd time. The appeals company has stated that if a machine is broken, you purchase a ticket at the destination. However, they still upheld the fine.
@merseyrail Claire, as per NRCot term 6.1 from merseyrail, if a ticket machine is not available, you purchase a ticket at the destination. This is a merseyrail term, why am I having to explain this to a 3rd party company who are issuing the fine on behalf of you?
@merseyrail I have appealed the fine Claire. The company has stated that it is not the responsibility of Merseyrail to advise when a machine is broken and another ticket office is available
With Ian Wright turning 59 today, it’s the perfect time to show one of the most heart warming videos ever. When he was reunited with his old teacher, Mr Pidgen ❤️
@TalkTalk customer service is a joke, 30 broadband dropouts a day from set up, averaging about 20 phone calls to the Customer Service, each over an hour long, and now find out they haven’t applied the correct deal that I was signed up to.. then hung up on! Anyone want to sort?
