🚨 A TRIBUTE TO BERNIE KERIK
I am thinking of my dear departed friend Bernie Kerik as we prepare to mark 25 years since the September 11th terrorist attacks.
Bernie exemplified what it meant to lead the world's finest police force, and he displayed the courage of a lion.
We actually saved each other's lives that day. He was at my side within 20 minutes of the attack and never left.
During the first collapse, we were trapped in a building for what seemed like 20-30 minutes. In fact, the governor of New York and some of my own staff thought we were gone and went as far as to draft papers for a new mayor. Through extraordinary bravery that allowed us to concentrate on the doable and with substantial additional assistance, we escaped safely.
That attitude permeated the way in which the recovery was handled for the next four months.
Bernie's leadership helped guide the people of a very frightened city to draw from their inherent individual strength as Americans and children of God.
I miss you my friend.
#Fever star Caitlin Clark now has 21 points and 10 assists tonight, marking her 12th 20-point and 10-assist game *this season* and the 22nd of her career.
No one else in #WNBA history has more than 10 such games in their *entire career.*
Again, she makes abnormal look normal.
@TheAtlantic@mckaycoppins Should’ve just let the auto pen pardon him. Trump’s been Trump his whole life so to expect his behavior to change is foolish thinking.
Let me make one correction to what I posted. AI will replace most doctors tasks!
Because most of their tasks are bullshit administrivia introduced by the huge HC conglomerates that serve no purpose.
Asking whether AI can replace doctors practicing medicine is the wrong question and approach to improving care
The question is whether there is anything middlemen like PBMs and ASOs and their subsidiaries do, that AI can’t replace ?
Doing so will give doctors far more time with patients and improve the quality of life for healthcare providers and patients.
And it will reduce the cost of healthcare dramatically
Replace the middlemen with AI
Mark, you have posted a lot of good information and great suggestions on various aspects of health care reform.
Have you published something that spells out your vision comprehensively of what healthcare reform should look like?
Or is there an interview where you explain the whole thing?
