I got an email that hit me this morning.
A customer's daughter reached out and said her dad had passed away.
She was going through some of his stuff, and she found a divot tool we made and the handwritten notes we sent out.
This guy was one of the first people to buy a Hanna Golf putter - a July of 2024 OG. He ended up buying two putters from us.
But what hit me is that he always sent me an email once a month - encouraging us to keep going, to keep grinding. He would tell me my Grandad would be proud.
He was always cheering for us on social media.
He didn't know me. He didn't know anything about Hanna Golf. Yet, he spent his hard-earned money on a couple of putters. And took time out of his day to send us messages.
Trying to build a business is hard. The lows (and there are lots of them) are lonely. You question everything.
But every now and then, during one of those low points, you get a message. And he did that. And it picked me up.
He impacted me more than he probably knew.
I'm grateful that we have a lot of people like this supporting Hanna Golf.
I really am fortunate. And sincerely appreciate the people who have gone out of their way to take a chance on a complete stranger on the internet.
