Sad to lose a true rugby great in JPR Williams. Amazing that in those ‘amateur’ days he was a great surgeon in his ‘day job’. Famed for having his socks around his ankles like a naughty schoolboy. Saw him play for St Mary’s Hospital at Bryanston school where I was - great ‘70s sideburns too!

I think David Wagner is doing his best with what he was given in terms of players. I think he should stay but the time has come for some members of the Board to go now. There is absolutely no need for a long hand over. Let the new team take over now. @NorwichCityFC

'Eye Level', the theme from Van der Valk, topped the UK charts for 4 weeks in 1973. The composer was Jack Trombey (whose other library tracks included the themes to Callan and Never the Twain) and it was performed by the Simon Park Orchestra.
I am still very proud of this great team. They have achieved a considerable amount in terms of promoting women's football and for women's sport in general. Well done to them all.
