Hi @theroyalparks as a FOI request, has a safety risk assessment been undertaken for the road infrastructure that has been added to Richmond Park? Specifically the unlit solid wooden posts and fencing reducing the width of the road at the bottom of Brookfield Hill?

There have been some comments on my tweet about Aldwych that this space looks rather empty. It was. I took it at 7.45am on Easter Sunday, inspired by the sunny morning light and emerging cherry blossoms. Critics might like to know that the roads were empty at that time as well!
