@EE This is the problem, I haven’t received any updates what so ever. I ordered at 1305 on the 16th.
Why allow customers to order a phone when you cannot fulfill the order ?

@EE it’s now release day for the iPhone duo, still no communication from EE. No text from DPD.
Ordered on the 16th at 1305.
Checking on my order I now have - “Your order is in hand. Check back later for your delivery date.”

@EE I pre ordered the iPhone duo night sky 256gb at 13:05 on the 16th. Iv had nothing but the order has been accepted. I have “date not found” on dispatch and delivery date. ?! Will I receive my iPhone tomorrow ?

Leaving @SharkNinjaTweet a review about a product I purchased. Then receiving an email saying they will not publish it ? No swear words, or offensive language. Just how the product I bought was covered in marks and scratches. How will your customers trust you ?

@EmberInns could you tell me how to make a complaint regarding The Eden Arms, Edenthorpe, Doncaster. Staff at the location are forcing people to download the NHS app, turning people away even though we are happy with track and trace.
