It was inadvertent genius. He wasn't happy because he felt it got away from him, lost control, ended up landing on the 1 and 3 beat rather than 2 and 4... massively uncomfortable but he stuck with it. The irony being it was the lack of rigid control that made it the masterpiece it is.
@F1_Jordan I haven't watched F1 now for a very long time for many reasons. However at one time to say I was massively into it would be an understatement. Your statement is more than accurate.
