The User Base: ~100 active users currently in the system.
The Backing: Kaimi Ventures provides your technical, design, and operational team.
Who You AreYou’ve spent 10+ years inside the recruiting industry. You’ve run a desk, built a book, or owned an agency. You know exactly why most recruiters hate their ATS and why the independent market is underserved.
The Rolodex: You don't need a marketing budget to find leads; you have the relationships to get the first 50 agencies on the phone next week.
The "Hustle": You’re done building someone else’s dream. You want the autonomy of a founder with the support of a studio.
The Financial Runway: You have the stability to go unpaid for the pre-seed phase (est. 6–9 months) in exchange for a massive piece of the pie.
The DealEquity: Real founder stake (4-year vest, 1-year cliff). This is a "Late-Stage Co-founder" role.
Salary Trigger: A market-rate base ($140K–$160K) kicks in automatically the moment the company closes its first $1M+ external round. It’s written into the Operating Agreement from Day 1.
Optionality: We are building for a high-value exit (SaaS multiples), but because the tech is built, we have the path to become a high-cash-flow, dividend-paying business.
Full Autonomy: You run the show. GTM, pricing, hiring, and strategy. We are your partner, not your boss.
