@grabph some of your drivers are making a habit of cancelling the booking when they are near the destination. If they will not proceed with the booking, please lang sana maaga palang nag cancel na sila. Sayang naman sa oras na mag iintay ka ng 20mins tapos icacancel din pala. 😌

@grabph pls tell your driver to wear mask esp when they ate not feeling well.. I took grabcar last saturday and i heard from the driver while he is on the phone while driving he has colds and tonsillitis but he is not wearing a MASK. 😪
