@kiwicom247 I have messaged the support folks many times over these past months without response. The refund status says that you are "waiting for the carrier" since November of 2021. The last message I got from support was in march. What should I do to get someone to message me back?

@jonburkeUK 3 Ubers cancel on me and miss our reservation. To salvage the evening, ordered Uber eats. Guy never showed and marked the order delivered. All because the closures on Shepherdess Walk. Disaster.

@jonburkeUK Unbelievable. I make reservations at a restaurant on Friday, all dressed up and order an Uber. I can see on the app the guy trying and trying to get to my house, but because of road closure re-routing, just couldn't get here.
