@Investmentkage I’d gather if they followed people who FIREd 20 years after most are miserable and probably live the same from a spending perspective.
Hard to change habits.
@ronmortgageguy All related to bureaucracy!
Here’s one thing most people don’t know.. The decisions are being driven by FOIA and protecting tax payers money.
Everything needs a sign off by multiple committees.
That’s the problem.
@Investmentkage@WallStreetMav@MarkDice You can tell this was ages ago. Some random person doing that today.. Ignored. I see them all the time where I live and it's easier to ignore them because something is coming after you accept.
@antonia_mdprjct Funny.
Was just in Argentina and we were looking at the architecture making this exact comment. So I apologize 😆
Why can’t our home country do this? 12 foot ceilings, limestone looking buildings. Beautiful!
@SweetTexanRose Depending on the situation it’s actually worse to park your car in the garage (winter). The salt will increase the rust…
That being said I like an empty garage and don’t understand people’s need to store junk in it.
@antonia_mdprjct I’d add what separates out the wheat from the chaff is people willing to make decisions.
In my experience too many people want others to make decisions on their behalf because it’s easy.
Great news is.. it provides an opportunity for those who do!
@danielfoch Wouldn’t median be better indicator in this case because it’s including 2020 which was an anomaly? Only 3 datapoints exceed the average over a 10 year period from this chart.
@antonia_mdprjct Astounds me how people assume because they sold their house for more than they bought it for think they profited.
Learned it the hard way on the first house I bought and sold.
