@IRCTCofficial I am currently in Amritsar Shatabdi Express (12013). The departure was delayed by 1:30 hrs, but the arrival is delayed by 2:42 hrs. We are two females who will now be reaching Amritsar by 1:30 a.m. This situation is highly unsafe for female travellers like us.
