What an AI agent finally is? We can say an abstract construct that represent a set of actions for a specific domain.

For example, a Booking Agent, that support actions like the following, in the booking domain.
- Make a hotel reservation
- Check for availability and prices
- Cancel a booking
- Modify a booking

But how an agent looks like? Hmm..actually an agent can be,

- A no-code or low-code representation of a series of actions. Normally, one flow per action (e.g. cancel reservation flow)

- An #autogen implementation using Agent constructs for the various roles (e.g. for hotel availabilities or flight schedules)

- A simple python class with the basic ingredients like description, and tools. Tools usually called the functions that implement an action (e.g. the booking cancellation process).

#autogen is a pro-code solution which offers a wide range of capabilities for building a multi-agent setup to solve complex problems like business process optimization, paper authoring, supply and demand optimization and many more.
