@Carolin58423109 @spinneywoods @Hermesparcels Same here - parcel with both my parents birthday presents, cards and some homemade brownies has gone awol, missing both birthdays and a 7 day wait for Hermes to attempt to find it 😩 put my trust in them to make an already difficult situation better and been completely let down
