Te invito a que GUARDES esta deliciosa receta para preparar un increíble Antipasto de Pimentón🤤 es perfecto para compartir en reuniones familiares o de amigos. 🤗❤️ ¡Anímate a prepararlo, que estoy seguro de que te va a encantar! 😋

🛒 INGREDIENTES:

- 6 Pimentones rojos.
- 200ml de aceite de oliva extra virgen.
- 10 Dientes de ajo grandes.
- 1cda de orégano.
- Sal y pimienta al gusto.

🥣 PREPARACIÓN:

➡️ Comienza cortando los pimentones a la mitad y le retiras el tallo y las semillas.
➡️ Barnízalos con aceite de oliva y los llevas al horno, a temperatura máxima por 25 o 30 minutos.
➡️ Colócalos así calientes en un envase, tapados y déjalos enfriar.
➡️ Pela los ajos, córtalos en laminas delgadas y reserva.
➡️ Retira la piel de los pimentones como se aprecia en el video y lo cortas en tiras largas y delgadas.
➡️ Colócalas en un bowl y agrega aceite de oliva, el ajo laminado, orégano, sal y pimienta al gusto, mezcla bien y está listo.
➡️ Se conserva perfectamente en frascos de vidrio dentro de la nevera hasta por 3 semanas.
➡️ Acompañado de un buen pan y queso mozzarella queda delicioso y estoy seguro que te va a encantar. 😉
